One family calendar for everyone – each in their own colour.
Dentist, parents’ evening, football practice: ohanly puts all your family’s events into one shared calendar. One tap shows just Mia’s events – or everyone’s at once, on phone, tablet and computer.
Free for 30 days, then €2.99 a month for the whole family.
What the calendar does.
Built for families where several people have several calendars – and everyone still needs to know what’s coming up.
-
Month, week, day or list
Switch between month, week and day view, or read the coming weeks as a list. The week number is always there.
-
Who is it for?
Assign events to one person, several or the whole family. The colour comes from the person, and the filter shows only what concerns you.
-
Repeating events
Daily, weekly on chosen days, monthly or yearly. Change just one event, all following ones or the whole series.
-
Google, iCloud and Outlook
Google calendars via Google sign-in, iCloud and Nextcloud via CalDAV – read only or both ways. Outlook and school calendars read only via their iCal address.
-
Holidays and birthdays
Public holidays and school holidays for your region as all-day entries, if you want them. Birthdays show up every year, with the new age if you like.
-
Reminders that don’t nag
Notifications shortly before an event starts, all-day events at 7 in the morning. Nothing arrives during your quiet hours – it comes afterwards.
Frequently asked questions
Family calendar
Can I sync my Google Calendar with ohanly?
Yes. An adult connects the Google account through Google sign-in and picks the calendars. For each calendar you decide whether ohanly only reads it or also writes changes back. ohanly only asks for the permissions it really needs.
Does it work with iCloud and Outlook?
iCloud and Nextcloud calendars connect via CalDAV with an app password, read only or both ways. Outlook calendars and other services can be added read only via their published iCal address.
What happens if an event is changed in two places?
ohanly marks the event as a conflict instead of silently overwriting one side. You decide which version wins.
Can someone have private events?
Yes. Besides the shared family calendar, everyone can create their own calendars and choose whether the family sees them or only they do.
Can I export the calendar?
Yes. The family data export includes all events as calendar.ics as well, which any calendar app can open.
